My research interests lie in the regulation of actomyosin interactions and how they are controlled within striated muscle tissue. I’m particularly interested in the structure of the muscle and how proteins, divalent ions, and phosphorylation can alter the structure of the muscle and how that relates to the function of muscle overall.
